Located in the Catskills mountains on Ulster Heights Lake with a private beach, our rustic and beautiful resort will be the perfect location for a perfect vacation!

Students, families, large groups, outdoor enthusiasts and all nature lovers, welcome! Canoe, row boats, hammock, playgrounds, lake side camping spot and more with your cabin or home rental. Kosher kitchens available upon request and Eiruv for Shabbat. Come and enjoy our little slice of Heaven!

The Lake House

The Lake House is a colorful and inviting 4 bedrooms, 2 bath, 1922 sq ft. home on top of a hill, overlooking our majestic Ulster Heights Lake. The Lake House has a living room, den and sun room perfect for large family gatherings and group events. There is also a beautiful kitchen fully equipped with a stove, fridge, microwave, pots, pans and cooking utensils to enjoy meals together.
 Bedroom 1 has two queen sized beds, bedroom 2 has two queen sized beds, bedroom 3 has two full sized beds, and bedroom 4 has two twin sized beds. Other sleeping spaces are the three sleeper couches located in the living room and the den. Lakeside campsites also available with the Lake House rental.

The Lakeside Cabins

We have 7 lakeside cabins, 6 of which are available to rent. Each cozy cabin has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom and accommodates between 6-9 guests. Our cabins feature a fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs and indoor and outdoor seating.

Each cabin rental includes fun community amenities available on site. Enjoy canoeing, row boating, fishing, swimming, a sandy beach, campfire ring, hammock, outdoor patio and more! Along with your cabin rental, you are also welcome to bring tents for lakeside camping.

"A must visit place to relax. The property has lot of activities for kids, fire camp, a private lake, private beach and you can row in the lake as much as you want. You can also do fishing and mushroom picking within the property. Eugene is a great host and took care of us as friends and is always around the property."

Eugene (Zelig) grew up coming to this beautiful mountain lake every summer of his childhood. Fishing, swimming, canoeing and row boating filled the magical summer days and campfires with marshmallows and hot dogs, songs and stories filled the evenings.  Eugene finds joy in introducing his guests to this little slice of heaven.
